Join us at CMU for a daily campus tour!
During this two hour visit experience, you’ll:
- Hear from an Admissions staff member in a brief 15-minute information session
- Explore campus with a current student leader on a 90-minute walking tour
It’s a convenient visit that will give you a real feel for our academic spaces, campus life, dining and select residence halls. This is your chance to picture yourself here — walking campus, meeting future classmates and imagining your life as a Maverick.

What you need to know:
📅 During your 2-hour campus visit experience, you'll hear from an Admissions staff member with a 15-minute information session and experience campus with a current student on a 90-minute walking tour. You will see a combination of academic spaces, campus life facilities, dining locations and select residence halls.
🎓 Tours are tailored to a student's intended major on the registration form. Students can expect to see academic spaces on the CMU Main Campus that relate to their interests with no additional tour needed.
💻 CMU Tech option: If you select a CMU Tech major, you will have the option to add a tour of the CMU Tech Bishop Campus to your visit experience.
📍 Tour availability: Campus tours are offered year-round with the exception of holidays and select blackout dates. Please note that campus tours are not offered on Saturdays or Sundays.
